Who we are

This website is operated by Aloha Carpentry & Construction, LLC(“Aloha Carpentry,” “we,” “us”), a Washington licensed general contractor based at 3516 Hoyt Ave, Everett, WA 98201. Questions about this policy can go to ricki@alohacarpentryandconstruction.com or (425) 835-2728.

What we collect

When you submit the estimate request or contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location (town/state), and any project details you enter. We do not require an account and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry — to call or email you back, schedule a site walk, prepare an estimate, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: our email delivery provider (Resend) transmits your form submission to our inbox, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) serves the website. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-first, cookie-less web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — page views and general trends. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites. The chat widget stores a small amount of state in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your place in the conversation; this never leaves your device unless you submit the form.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where a project results, for our normal business and recordkeeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting ricki@alohacarpentryandconstruction.com. Washington and California residents have additional rights to access and deletion, which we honor for all visitors.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
